The 3-in-1 Carrier for Happy Kids and Fit Parents
The Croozer Designs Kid for 2 is made for active parents and caregivers who want a single, multi-child carrier that both provides basic people-powered transport for young children, and allows parents to continue their walking, cycling and running fitness regimes. The carrier has a low center of gravity that encourages stability no matter how it is loaded, and accommodates up to two children in individual bucket seats, with padded shoulder harnesses and head rests. Harness settings within the cockpit can be customized for children wearing helmets. The unit is constructed from a durable metal frame, attached to a hard plastic floor, supporting a reflective, water-resistant outer shell. Over the top-front of this shell is a 2-in-1 mesh/plastic integrated weather cover with Velcro connections. There are also tinted side windows. The unit's folding design makes it is easy to assemble using the included spring clip bolt and securing pins, and the included stroller, bicycle trailer and jogger attachments allow it to quickly transform into those versions of the carrier.
Stroller Mode
In this mode a rear angled handlebar with a non-slip grip cover attaches at the rear of the unit, while a stroller wheel, with 360-degree mobility range allowing for maximized maneuvering on most level surfaces, attaches at the lower front. Both attachments are quickly connected and disconnected using a securing pin, and spring clip bolt. To ensure that the unit never rolls away, the Croozer Designs kid for 2 carrier includes parking brake functionality, easily and reliably engaged along the axles of both wheels. (The front stroller wheel should always be removed in bicycle trailer mode.)

Bike Trailer Mode
When used in bike trailer mode, the Croozer Designs kid for 2 carrier connects to a towing bicycle by a combination of a hitch element that attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle wheel, and a single rugged drawbar with a coupling at its far end. Both the hitch and the drawbar are left-aligned, attaching to the bike, opposite the rear derailer. This eliminates the possibility of trailer interference with the shifting of bicycle gears. The hitch element is semi-permanently mounted on the rear axle, and is compatible with both axle nut and quick release hub configurations. An additional hitch element is included for use of the carrier with a second bicycle.
To attach the drawbar to the carrier, lift the body of the unit and slide the drawbar into the metal channel at the left-lower beneath it. Once the drawbar is engaged within the slots in the channel, level it with the rest of the carrier, and secure it with the safety pin connectors provided through the holes in the bottom of the channel. The coupling at the opposite end of the drawbar slides over the hitch element -- already attached to the a bicycle axle -- and is secured with a spring bolt clip. The bolt is strapped to the drawbar, so it will never be lost when the drawbar is removed is removed. The drawbar also has a safety strap connected to it that wraps around the bike frame. This ensures a connection to the bike in the unlikely event of the drawbar disconnecting from the hitch during use. The drawbar section just below the coupling is flexible, providing smooth pivoting into turns. (The drawbar should always be removed when in stroller, or jogger mode.)
Jogger Mode
The configuration for jogger mode is similar to that of stroller mode. The padded handlebar stays in place, but instead of the stroller wheel, the larger 16" jogger wheel is attached at the front, again using tool-free spring clip bolts. The jogger wheel is stationary and extends from wheel arms, that in turn connect to the frame of the carrier, ensuring a smooth ride for children as jogging takes place. A wrist strap is also included that tethers joggers to the carrier as they run, ensuring constant physical connection as speeds and jogger exertion increase.

Croozer Designs warrants that the trailer / stroller frames included in their products to be free of defects for the lifetime of the product. The fabric items and hitch are warranted for one year following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty does not include wheels and tires. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use.
